You may also obtain an application by calling 1-800-529-7700 or by picking one up from your local high school guidance office, local juvenile probation department or local DHHR office.  No referrals are necessary.

• The Academy is unable to accept court-ordered youth.
• Teens must volunteer to attend.
• The Academy offers four classes annually.  Two classes at each of our North and South locations.  Classes start in January and July.
• Applications are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.
